In The Spirit Of Change, Nwokedi Calls For Punctuality

SDO+Per+Sec+Meeting+Tuesday+Jan+19+2016The Permanent Secretary, Special Duties Office in the Office of the Secretary to Government of the Federation, Mrs  Nwokedi Phyllis Obiageli has called on the staff of the Special Duties Office to always be punctual in the discharge of their duties to enhance service delivery in the spirit of change mantra of the present administration.

Mrs Nwokedi made the call in her maiden meeting with the staff on Tuesday at the Permanent Secretary’s conference room in the Special Duties Office at the Federal Secretariat, Shehu Shagari way, Abuja.

She stated that henceforth attendance register would be signed by all staff to ensure punctuality to work, adding that no loitering would be allowed within the office premises.

Furthermore, she disclosed that for the sake of staff welfare and encouragement of staff, a staff bus has been commissioned to aid their transportation. She therefore solicited for the cooperation of the staff stressing that staff should at all times be security conscious of their environment.

In their response, the staff of the Special Duties Office pledged to co-operate with the Permanent Secretary to ensure her success and quality service delivery.
