“I therefore urge the incoming Executive to work hard in order to sustain the tempo of development in Ilorin Emirate. They must jealously guide the reputation of Third Estate as the vanguard of development and refrain from any sectional or partisan tendency that may compromise such reputation. They must be innovative and proactive in addressing emerging challenges.”
