The Federal Government has confirmed the appointment of Mr. Jonah B Bawa as the substantive Director General (DG) of the Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre (C<C).
Until his appointment, Bawa has being the Ag. DG of the Training Centre since 16th February, 2016. when the immediate Director General of the Centre – Mr Michael Fawole retired from service.
In a letter conveying the approval/confirmation of the new DG, duly signed by the Youth and Sports Development Minister, Barr Solomon Dalung, the Minister said “I sincerely implore you to work hard; continue to justify the confidence reposed in you by demonstrating your competence, capability and total commitment towards the revitalization of the Centre in line with the Change Agenda of this administration”.
The appointment took effect from June 20th, 2017
