The President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, President Muhammadu Buhari will on Tuesday, 7th November 2017 lay the 2018 budget proposal before a joint session of the National Assembly.
In a correspondence addressed to the Senate President, Senator Abubakar Bukola Saraki the President in pursuant to section 81 of the 1999 constitution craved the kind indulgence of the National Assembly to ba granted a slot of 1400 hrs on Tuesday, 7th November 2017 to formally address a joint session and lay before the National Assembly the 2018 budget proposal.
