Suicide Bombers Strike Again in Dalori Camp

At least two suicide bombers attacked Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in  Dalori Camp in Borno on Wednesday night.One of the suicide bombers attempted to gain entrance into the camp in the process detonated the IED at the perimeter fencing of the camp killing himself.

The other suicide bomber gained entrance into the camp where he killed three persons and injured many persons.

A post on Facebook page of NEMA states that: “Second incident of suicide bombing  where 44 people were injured 4 killed (2 suicide bombers 2 IDPS )at Dalori IDP camp Maiduguri Borno state. Incident occurred about 21.30.”

Those injured were taken to various hospitals within the city centre of Maiduguri for Medical attention.

After the intervention of emergency workers in moving the injured victims to hospitals, peace has been restored to the camp
