Troops Raid Militia camp in Benue State
A patrol team of 72 Special Forces Battalion Makurdi on a tipoff raided a suspected militia camp at Tomatar community general area in Guma Local Government Area of Benue State at about 0600 hours today Thursday the 26th of April, 2018.
During the operation one militia was wounded, another neutralized and one arrested.

250 round of 7.62 mm ammunition
3 × machetes
The arrested militia is being interrogated by the Military Police. Members of the public, especially, – communities at the fringes of Benue and Nasarawa States are please requested to be more vigilant and report any suspicious person (s)/movement to the security outpost nearer to them.
