NEMA Provides Relief to Yobe Flood Victims
Officials of NEMA North East Zonal office Maiduguri led by the Zonal Coordinator Alh Saidu Ahmed Minin were in Yobe state on Friday 14th June 2019 to distribute Livelihood support materials to victims affected by Flood and windstorm disasters.

The livelihood support items approved by the Director General NEMA Eng Mustapha Yunusa Maihajja included water pumps, sewing machines and Grinding machines.
A total of 710 beneficiaries benefitted in three local Governments in Yobe state ie Damaturu,Tarmuwa and Gulani.
The beneficiaries appreciated the gesture of providing succor to them by the federal Government through NEMA while the chairman Damaturu LGA Alh Mala Modu along with Yobe state SEMA officials who witnessed the exercise thanked NEMA for the gesture.
