Police Host Interaction with Anambra Traditional Rulers on Security Matters
On the 14/1/2020 the Commissioner of Police Anambra State Command CP John B.Abang,fdc had an interactive session with the Anambra State Traditional Rulers Council at the Council chamber, Government house Awka in Anambra State.

Issues bordering on safety and security were extensively discussed.The Commissioner of Police CP John B.Abang,fdc briefed the traditional Rulers on the Security situation in the State and the strategic action plans taken by the Command to address them through Community partnerships, threats analysis, intelligence gatherings and rubost Synergy among the Sister Agencies through the support of His Excellency the Executive Governor of Anambra State Chief Willie Obiano.
Responding, the Chairman, Anambra State Traditional Rulers Council,Obi of Onitsha(Agbogidi) His Majesty, Nnaemeka Achebe CFR, mni thanked the Commissioner of Police for honouring their invitation and assured him of their maximum supports in partnering with the Police towards providing safety and security in the State.The Chairman also presented Six books he authored titled “The traditional Institution in a modern Society”to the Commissioner of Police.
