Speaking earlier, the Chairman of the group, Hon. Orlu Henry Munachim in his speech, said the reason why Dingyadi is listed as one of the awardee is because he is seen as striving to deliver his mandate within a short while.
Munachim said, ” the APC Grassroots Youths For Change has found you worthy to receive the Award for Excellence in Service Delivery in your areas of core mandate, having followed your programmes especially the Police Trust Fund Bill that is on legislative process which will take care of our Police men and women, proper funding for effective and prompt service delivery through 0.5percent allocation”.
Munachim noted that making real positive change does not come easy, especially in the face of the fact that a lot was allowed to go wrong for a long time. He said that this is the first time Nigeria is being encouraged, respected and supported by other nations of the world to realize it’s fondest dreams of peace and security, including sufficiency, open- government initiatives, election fidelity, due processes that confirm to global best practices.
