FG Mourns Paralympic Gold Medalist, Ndidi Nwosi's Death

The Federal Government has expressed her  mixed feelings of pains and sadness over the sudden death of NDIDI NWOSU, a powerlifter who  represented her country, Nigeria excellently at different international competitions.

While expressing his  deepest condolences and sympathy with the Family of our iconic powerlifter, the Youth and Sports Minister, Mr Sunday Dare,  recalled and extolled the podium performances of NDIDI NWOSU, which etched and ranked  the name of her fatherland- Nigeria- amongst the countries parading great Para powerlifters on the international scene. Most prominent amongst this was as a Gold Medalist at the 2018  Commonwealth Games in Australia.

Nigeria, the Minister stated, will forever remember her as a patriot, committed to the cause of advancing her fatherland in the annals of Para Power lifting competitions globally.

Adieu !!! Adieu !!! Rest on.
