Third-Estate Expresses Condolence over the Death of CP Jimoh

It is with great shock and extreme pain but total submission to the will of the Almighty Allah that the President and entire members of Third Estate Ilorin Emirate received the unfortunate news its esteem and committed member and the Commissioner of Police for Cross River State , Alhaji Lanre Abdulkadiri Jimoh who passed to the great beyond on Friday, 18th December 2020.

The late Commissioner of Police was not only a gallant and professional police officer but a worthy son of Ilorin Emirate who identified with and supported in numerous ways the various development programmes of Third Estate towards uplifting the living standard of our people.

Late CP Lanre Jimoh will be remembered for the immense contributions to human and physical development of the Emirate and the shining legacies of selflessness, hardwork and patriotism worthy of emulation by future generations of Nigerians.

It is tragic that Lanre left at a time when his wealth of experience, goodwill and contact are needed to combat the numerous challenges confronting our community especially the emerging insecurity situation.

Words, indeed are not enough to express the collective and individual grieves of our entire members who have lost in the demise of the late CP a friend, brother and eminent ambassador.

We extend our deep condolence to his immediate family especially our dear sister, Hon Segilola Jimoh for this irreparable loss. We also commiserate with His Eminence, the Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Sulu Gambari, His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Kwara State, Alhaji Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq and the entire people of Kwara state over death of CP Lanre Abdulkadir Jimoh.

May the Almighty Allah in His infinite mercies grant the departed soul of our dear brother aljanat firdaos. Amin.
