Dikko’s Reforms Enhanced Revenue Generation for Customs–Kanwan Katsina, Alh. Bello
The death of the former Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Late Abdullahi Inde Dikko, has been described as a great lost to Katsina State and the nation at large.
The Kanwan Katsina and District Head of Ketare, Alhaji Usman Bello stated, this when he led a delegation of village heads and other traditional title holders, on a condolence visit to the family of the deceased in Katsina.
According to Alh. Bello, he had received with shock the news of the passing away of Abdullahi Dikko.

He disclosed that the ex-Customs Comptroller General, was his former boss whom he worked with for about thirty years.
The traditional ruler holder, said that Dikko brought a lot of changes in the service, especially the computerization of the activities of the Customs Service, which enhanced revenue generation for the Federal Government.
Alh. Usman Bello, added that the deceased, as Customs boss, recorded tremendous achievement in training and retraining of staff of the service, while also enhancing the welfare of his staff.
The Kanwan Katsina, was received by the brother of the deceased and Sarkin Musawan Katsina, Alhaji Sagir Bature, and other family members.
He prayed for the reposed of the soul of Abdullahi Dikko and asked Allah to grant the family the fortitude to bear the loss.
