NCoS Launches Training School Magazine on Prison Services in Kaduna
The joy of the entire Staff and Students of the Correctional Service Training School Kaduna knows no bounds as the Controller General of Corrections Haliru Nababa mni generously launches the second edition of the school’s sizzling and compelling publication, the “Keepers Guide” magazine.

Speaking at the event, while delivering the Controller General’s Speech, his representative Assistant Controller General of Corrections, Training and Staff Development Lawal Audu Gusau expressed high delight at the hard work and dedication put in by the magazine’s editorial crew to produce such a phenomenal piece that marries both past and present. In the same light, he appreciates the school for honoring its past Commandants with award of Excellence in Leadership which was also one of the highlights of the event. While announcing the Controller General’s support, the ACG kicks off the launching by picking ten copies of the magazine, one each for the eight directorates of the Service and two copies to be presented to the CGC on whose capacity he acts. He then urges all guests present at the colorful event to launch generously.
Recall that, the magazine launch and gala dinner took place on 30th June, 2021, the eve of the Passing Out Parade and it is one of the events organized by the school to end the six months Basic Recruit Course 233/2021 which commenced on 12th January, 2021.
