It was gathered that the victims were killed when the soldier (name withheld) ‘recklessly’ opened fire on random people in Mafa town, on Wednesday.

PRNigeria was told by some eye witnesses the soldier, who is among the troops of Operation Hadin Kai, was under the influence of psychotropic substances.

They however, said that the rampaging soldier was eventually disarmed, and arrested by military authorities.
