UK Pledges Military Aid, Loans as Ukrainian Refugees Hit over 4.3mn Since Russian Invansion
As the United Kingdom (U.K.) promises to provide military aids to Ukraine, more than 4.3 million Ukrainian refugees have fled their homes since the Russian invansion.
The latest statistics by United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees indicates that most the refugees fled to neighbouring countries.

Most Ukrainian refugees have crossed into Poland, and others have gone to Romania, Hungary, Moldova, Slovakia and other European countries. Many have also fled to Russia.

Meanwhile, U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson paid a surprise visit to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in
Kyiv on Saturday to meet “in a show of solidarity.
During their meeting, Johnson pledged new military assistance to Ukraine, including 120 armored vehicles, new anti-ship missile systems, and guaranteed an additional $500 million in World Bank lending to Ukraine.
