Nigerian startup set to Launch Indigenous Transport App
In a bid to ease transportation means in the country, a Nigerian startup, Trail, is set to Launch an indigenous Transport App.
Trails Chief executive officer, Malumi Abiodun made it know in an interview with TechDigest.ng
According to her: “Everyday when I leave for work and see people along the streets and bus stops, with limited cars on the road as well as lack of security or quality control of the vehicles used, I feel hurt.
“I have been a victim of one chance (kidnappers) in Abuja before and the experience was so ugly. This prompted me to seek for solution to these challenges
“It is first of its kind as it tends to cater for the populace”, Malumi explained.

Malumi further disclosed to TechDigest.ng how Nigerians from the comfort of their homes, can book a ride, share with others without breaking the bank.
She explained that although the App is yet to be fully launched, it will be out in no time as it has reached 95% completion.
“We are yet to launch completely as we are building our app at the moment but from our feasibility study, people can’t wait to be on board”, Malumi revealed.
Going down memory lane at the global GITEX tech event in Dubai, Miss Malumi recalled how the experience shaped Trail’s startup and provided opportunity for interaction with potential investors and partners.
“The experience was great and we were opportuned to have better exposure.
This was all possible thanks to NITDA and NCAIR. We are all grateful for the opportunity.
