During the meeting, they signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) formalising arrangements for the 2023 edition of the APRA Annual Conference.

APRA formerly known as the Federation for African Public Relations Association (FAPRA), is a non-governmental, non- political, and not for profit professional association established to foster unity via interaction and exchange of ideas amongst public relations practitioners in Africa with the aim of using communication as a tool to promote social, political and economic integration in the continent.

APRA is strongly committed to ‘selling Positive Africa through the instrumentality of the Public Relations profession’.

Founded in 1975, the annual conference gathers stakeholders from around the continent and beyond in order to herald the journey towards a more positively perceived and prosperous Africa.
