NCS, NSCDC Collaborate to Tackle Economic Saboteurs in Kogi State
Commandant Oyinloye John Kayode hosted in his Office the newly deployed Ag CAC deputy comptroller of Custom Bashir Dan Asabe.
While welcoming the Ag CAC Bashir Dan Asabe to Kogi State, the NSCDC boss took his time highlighting the Corps core mandates which includes the Critical National Assets and Infrastructure, Anti Vandalism, PGC, and Agro Rangers just to mention but few.
Commandant Oyinloye John Kayode observed that the two agencies may have different approach towards curbing the excesses of the economic saboteurs of this Nation Nigeria, but the end result is same.
The helmsman also appreciated the Commandant General Ahmed Abubakar Audi PhD Mni OFR who’s pragmatic approach is yielding the desired results as the Corps have moved to the next level of operation, stating that this was made possible by the recent procurement of operational vehicles, training of personnel and other logistics deployed to all the 36 State Command including FCT which has also boosted the moral of NSCDC personnel across board.
In his response the Ag CAC deputy comptroller of Custom Bashir Dan Asabe appreciated the warm reception given to him and his entourage. Speaking further the Custom boss noted that as a new man in town, he taught it wise to familiarize with other sister agencies and to also solicit for synergy especially in the areas of intelligence gathering and shearing of information timely.
In conclusion, the State Commandant Oyinloye John Kayode assured him of his support at all times where necessary.

This was made known today by the state commandant of Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) CC Adaralewa Michael during a one day working visit to all formations of NSCDC under Area C command Ogbomosho in preparedness of the Corps towards the end of the year and 2023 general elections in Nigeria. Commandant Adaralewa used the medium to charge the royal fathers to sensitise their children on the benefit of living in peace.
Meanwhile, the police Area commander in charge of Ogbomosho,ACP Adebiyi Ademola, also used the occasion to address the royal fathers on the danger of fireworks often displayed by youths during the Yuletide and New Year season and charged the royal fathers to warn their wards to desist from such act as anyone arrested will face the law.
The Commandant’s visit was attended by all royal fathers from the zone. In attendance were His Royal Majesty Oba Moses Olayiwola Ajiboye the Aresaapa of Iresa Pupa, Ale Okelerin Ogbomosho, Oba Samuel Babatunde Oyebamiji Amao II, Oba Thompson Adetunji Adeyeye the Alajaawa of Ajaawa, Alaroje of Aroje ogbomosho Oba Oyedele S.O, Baale Pakiotan Ogbomosho Oba Dr. James Oyetunji Ojo and Baale Masifa of Ogbomosho.
Also in attendance were sister agencies such as the Police Area Commander of Ogbomosho, ACP Adebiyi Ademola, DSS (Ademola Adetunji), NDLEA(Abubakar Sanusi), Immigration service(Gbenga Bashorun), Correctional service (Hamed Sola), FRSC (CSC J. K Adejokun), Amotekun corps and Hunters Association, Miyetti Allah, Park Manager Takie, Religious leaders, the Student Union President of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology(LAUTECH) Ogbomosho, Mr Adeboye Anuoluwa,Trade Unions and other associations were duly represented to show the synergy within the Security agencies.
Commandant Adaralewa Micheal later called on the people of Ogbomosho to always say something whenever they see something so as to help the security operatives serve them better.
