Gentlemen of the Press, it is my pleasure to welcome you to this Press Conference, being the last in the year 2022. The fight against crime and criminality is so dynamic and not an easy one but I urge you to continue to project the hard and good work of the Police and other security agencies to the general public.

    8. I must acknowledge the concerted efforts of sister security agencies in the fight against terrorism and other crimes in the state. The Community Policing drive in the state is yielding positive result. My special appreciation goes to members of the community who have left the comfort of their houses to join hands with the security agencies, and join “The Vigilante Groups”.
