15 Missing, One Dead in Yola Boat Mishap — NEMA
NEMA Yola Operations Office is in receipt of report of a boat mishap along the banks of River Benue at Njuwa community,Yola South Adamawa State.

According to preliminary investigation, the boat had 23 passengers, out of which seven (7) have been rescued with the help of local divers, one (1) person reportedly died while fifteen (15) persons are still missing as at the time of this report.
NEMA in conjunction with ADSEMA and other stakeholders are coordinating search and rescue efforts towards response for the missing passengers.
