Justice Simon Amobeda read the judgement in a suit filed before his court by some victims of the demolition exercise led by Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf a week after assuming the mantle of leadership in the state.
The court had ordered the state government not to enter into the Eid ground to use or give it to others.
The governor had earlier told newsmen that the demolition was in the interest of Kano State and was meant to return Kano to its original master plan.
Some of the places demolished by the governor include Hajj Camp, a three-story building at Daula Hotel and several newly built shops at Dukawuya Senior Secondary School.
