NIPR Secures 15 Partner- Hotels for PR Week 2024 in Abeokuta
In a bid to engender a successful Nigeria Public Relations Week 2024, the National Planning Committee has endorsed an initial fifteen reputable hotels in Abeokuta as partners.
In a release by the Secretary of the Local Organising Committee and Ogun State Chapter Chairman, Mrs Oluwaseun Boye, these initial number of hotels have agreed to offer discounted rates to delegates.
The hotels selected so far- Park Inn by Radisson, Green Resort Hotel, Conference Hotel, Continental Suites, IBD Int’l and others are within a 15 minutes driving radius from the the main venue of the week which is the June 12 Cultural Centre in Kuto, Abeokuta thus making commuting easy.
Efforts are however underway to secure additional hotels to accommodate the more than 2,000 delegates that are expected to attend the week from both within and outside the country. These will also be included on the list as soon as they are secured.

Members are urged to take full advantage of the discounts by booking early to secure comfortable accommodation while in Abeokuta for the week.
Meanwhile, the chairman of the National Planning Committee of the Week, Chief Yomi Badejo-Okusanya (YBO) has stressed the need for all accredited hotels to provide quality service to delegates to the week and ensure that they are offered a most memorable experience and stay. He warned that the committee will not hesitate to drop any hotel found wanting. He also announced that a Hospitality Help Line will soon be announced to assist delegates having challenges in securing hotel accommodation.
The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations is organising the maiden Nigeria Public Relations Week scheduled to hold between Monday 22nd and Friday 26th April, 2024 and will be that largest convocation of practitioners in Nigeria.
The event will attract eminent government functionaries, top business executives, public relations, marketing and communication experts among others.
