Chapter Chairman Alhaji Maidu Gajo Elleman emphasized the importance of preparing for retirement, as most members are now over 50. “We can’t just retire and go back home to sleep. We need to prepare for what comes next.” The training aimed to equip members with techniques for a fulfilling post-retirement life.
