Nigerian Army Holds Mid-Year Training Workshop to Enhance Professionalism
The Nigerian Army has commenced a week-long Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) 2024 Mid-Year Courses Appraisal and Curriculum Harmonization Workshop. The event, declared open by Major General KO Aligbe, representative of the Chief of Army Staff, aims to enhance professionalism and performance among army personnel.

The workshop, holding at the TRADOC Headquarters in Minna, brings together participants from various Nigerian Army Training Schools. Major General Aligbe emphasized the need for maximum participation and proactive engagement to upscale personnel performance.
The Chief of Training, Major General POA Okoye, encouraged participants to widen their intellectual horizons and make positive contributions to improve Nigerian Army’s training efforts. Dignitaries present include Deputy Chief of Training (Army), Major General OS Abai, and other senior officers.
The workshop features presentations, interactive sessions, and strategy articulation to enhance the army’s training efforts. The Nigerian Army remains committed to transforming into a well-trained, equipped, and highly motivated force, in line with the Chief of Army Staff’s command philosophy.
