The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant General Olufemi Oluyede, has announced the introduction of welfare buses to convey troops to and from their places of work within the Lagos metropolis.

This, he said is part of the Nigerian Army new welfare initiative aimed at enhancing the quality of life for its personnel in Lagos.

This development is part of the COAS’s commitment to ensuring that troops have remarkable years in service and befitting post-service years.
