Police Dismiss Rumors of Terrorists in FCT, Urge Caution in Information Sharing
The Nigeria Police Force has debunked viral social media messages claiming that 79 terrorists have infiltrated the Lugbe area of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and that a curfew has been imposed. The Police described the information as false and urged the public to disregard it.

The statement further clarified that intelligence reports from the Force Intelligence team and other security agencies had found no evidence to support the claims.
