Gombe Spokesperson Dedicates National Award to Governor Yahaya
Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, has commended his Chief Press Secretary, Ismaila Uba Misilli, for winning the 2025 National Spokesperson Award in the State Category.
Misilli received the prestigious accolade at the annual National Spokespersons Awards, organized by the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) in collaboration with Image Merchants Promotion Limited, the publishers of PRNigeria and Spokespersons Digest. In a gesture of gratitude, he dedicated the honor to Governor Yahaya.

He emphasized that being named the Most Outstanding Spokesperson of the Year was not merely a personal triumph, but a testament to the leadership, trust, and mentorship he has received from Governor Yahaya.

Misilli, who was a finalist in the 2024 edition of the awards, secured the win in 2025. The National Spokespersons Awards honors excellence in strategic communication across both public and private sectors in Nigeria, with the 2025 event supported by the Federal Ministry of Information and National Orientation.
