In a related development, the Command celebrated one of its own, Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) Abdurrahim Adamu, the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of Sharada Division, who was recently honoured with a prestigious national award by the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC).

The award recognises CSP Adamu’s “outstanding and immense contribution to the development and progress of policing in Nigeria,” particularly in strengthening community policing efforts and fostering collaboration with the PCRC National Headquarters in Abuja.

The recognition is seen as a testament to the dedication and professionalism of the officers and men of the Kano State Command in promoting peace, security, and community development.
