FG Unveils Personal Income Tax Calculator Under New Reform Laws
The administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has launched a Personal Income Tax Calculator to help Nigerians estimate their taxes under the recently signed tax reform laws and compare them with the existing regime.
Tinubu announced the initiative on his official page on X (formerly Twitter) on Thursday night, describing it as a tool that will promote transparency and fairness in the nation’s tax system.
According to the President, the calculator is designed to “show clearly how these reforms protect low-income earners, ensure progressivity, and simplify compliance in order to deliver a transparent system that works for all.”
