IG Egbetokun Appoints CSP Hundeyin as New Force PRO

The Inspector-General of Police, Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, has approved the appointment of Chief Superintendent of Police (CSP) Benjamin Hundeyin as the new Force Public Relations Officer (FPRO).

Hundeyin, a seasoned communicator and public relations professional, takes over from Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Olumuyiwa Adejobi, who has served in the role until now.

A graduate of Lagos State University with a BA (Hons) in English Language, Hundeyin also holds a Master’s degree in Legal Criminology and Security Psychology from the University of Ibadan. While congratulating Hundeyin on his new role, IGP Egbetokun urged him to deploy his wealth of experience in communications and security to strengthen the Force’s public relations and maintain constructive engagement with the citizenry.
