Police Raid Criminals Hideouts, Arrest 27 Suspects in Benue
The Benue State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of 27 additional suspects during intensified raids on bandits’ hideouts in the Sankara axis of the state.

Security sources disclosed on Wednesday that the latest arrests bring the total number of suspects in custody to 48 since the commencement of the operation.
The crackdown, codenamed Operation Restore Peace, is being spearheaded by tactical units under the leadership of the second-in-command of the 13 Police Mobile Force (PMF), Makurdi.
According to the sources, the arrested suspects are currently undergoing investigation at the State Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
