NUC Approves 13 New Degree Programmes for Nigerian Universities
ABUJA, NIGERIA – The National Universities Commission (NUC) has approved 13 new degree programmes for Nigerian universities, signaling a major expansion of academic offerings under the new Core Curriculum and Minimum Academic Standards (CCMAS) initiative.
The approval, communicated via a circular from NUC Executive Secretary Professor Abdullahi Yusufu Ribadu to all Vice Chancellors, introduces specialized fields designed to meet contemporary demands in technology, security, and public health.
