RECRUITMENT: NAF Shortlists Candidates for Interview in Kaduna
The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has shortlisted candidates for the Direct Short Service Commission (DSSC) 34/2025 enlistment exercise and invited successful applicants for a selection interview scheduled to hold in Kaduna.
In a public announcement issued on Sunday, the NAF said the list of shortlisted candidates has been uploaded on its official recruitment portal. According to the Service, the DSSC 34 enlistment interview will take place at the Nigerian Air Force Base, Kaduna, from 12 January to 8 February 2026.
The Air Force explained that candidates will be interviewed in batches and are required to report strictly in line with the schedule published on the recruitment portal. It warned that failure to comply with the stated guidelines or reporting outside assigned dates may lead to disqualification.

Applicants were also advised to carefully read and adhere to all instructions provided on the portal, including requirements relating to documentation, conduct, and general guidelines for the interview process.
In addition, the NAF encouraged candidates to familiarise themselves with other relevant information available on the portal, such as guidance for prospective officers and airmen, as well as details of the Armed Forces of Nigeria Harmonised Terms and Conditions of Service.
The announcement was signed by the Director of Public Relations and Information, Headquarters Nigerian Air Force, Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, who reiterated the Service’s commitment to a transparent and merit-based recruitment process.
The NAF urged members of the public to rely only on official communication channels for accurate information regarding the recruitment exercise.
