WPRF 2026: NIPR, Cihan Media Partner on Real-Time Global Media Intelligence
The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) has partnered with Cihan Media Communications to deploy artificial intelligence-powered media intelligence for the 2026 World Public Relations Forum (WPRF) scheduled to hold in Abuja.
Under the strategic partnership, Cihan Media Communications will serve as the Official Media Intelligence Platform for WPRF 2026, deploying its AI-powered platform, AGENTPR, to provide real-time monitoring and analysis of media narratives surrounding the global event.
The partnership is part of preparations for the WPRF, which Nigeria will host from November 15 to 21, 2026, alongside the 37th African Public Relations Association (APRA) Conference.
According to the agreement signed by Director, Public Relations, Stanley Ogadigo today, AGENTPR will provide continuous structured media intelligence before, during and after the forum, covering real-time issue detection, media monitoring across multiple platforms and tracking of international trade press.

The platform is expected to give the NIPR leadership and WPRF organisers greater visibility into global, continental and domestic narratives around the event while helping them identify emerging issues and stakeholder perceptions.
Speaking on the partnership, the Founder and CEO of Cihan Media Communications and Founder of AGENTPR, Dr. Celestine Achi, said the platform would provide the interpretive intelligence required as global attention focuses on Nigeria during the forum.
“Through this partnership, AGENTPR provides NIPR leadership and the world with real-time visibility into the global, continental, and domestic narrative,” Achi said.
He explained that the platform’s Meaning Intelligence architecture would provide layered analysis of media narratives, including sarcasm risk and stakeholder intent, while its Generative Authority Index would assess how reputation is increasingly influenced by the information presented as authoritative by artificial intelligence systems.
The partnership forms part of broader preparations by the NIPR to position WPRF 2026 as a major global platform for conversations around the future of public relations, strategic communication and emerging technologies.
The 2026 WPRF is expected to bring together public relations practitioners, communication experts, policymakers, academics and other stakeholders from Nigeria, Africa and beyond.
