Gbagyi Community Commends President Tinubu For Appointing Jisalo As Minister
Gbagyi community has hailed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for appointing Honourable Zephaniah Jisalo as Minister of Special Duties and Inter-Governmental Affairs.
A leader of the Gbagyi Community in Nigeria, Cesnabmihilo Dorothy Nuhu Aken’Ova, made the statement in Abuja.
According to her, “The Gbagyi community in Abuja and beyond are happy and thankful to President Ahmed Bola Tinubu for the significant appointment of our brother as a Minister for Special Duties and Inter-governmental Affairs in the new administration.
“The appointment, first of an indigene since 1999 will foster diversity and inclusivity in the nation’s leadership.

“It is a milestone achievement for our community, this appointment is a testament of our capabilities and the president’s commitment to ensuring a representative government,” Dorothy Nuhu said.
Cesnabmihilo Dorothy Nuhu Aken’Ova said that Hon. Jisalo has worked at the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). He resigned and won election as chairman of Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) for two consecutive terms.
He won election to represent Abuja Municipal/Bwari Constituency in the House of Representatives in 2011 under the Peoples Democratic Party.
She said he has been an active advocate for the Gbagyi peoples’ rights and welfare. His appointment has been widely lauded as a testament to his relentless dedication and the recognition of the immense potential within the Gbagyi community
