Third-Estate Commends Senator Mustapha for Appointing Nasir Abdulkadir as Technical Adviser
The Third-Estate, a forum of Ilorin intellectuals, has commended Senator Saliu Mustapha for appointing Nasir Abdulkadir as the Technical Adviser for Jobs & Skill Development.
Barrister Ibrahim Toyin Hassan, the group’s President, told PRNigeria that Abdulkadir’s appointment reflects Senator Mustapha’s dedication to good governance.
Senator Mustapha, representing Kwara Central Senatorial District, in a letter of appointment dated 21th August, stated that his nomination was inspired by his consistent commitment to the socio-economic development of the Kwara Central senatorial district.
Barrister Hassan said the group is confident that Abdulkadir will serve the people of Kwara effectively.
“We believes that Abdulkadir’s vast experience in the private sector will greatly contribute to Senator Mustapha’s goals.
He said, “The Third-Estate expects that Abdulkadir will excel in his new role, helping to improve governance and boost the economy in Kwara Central Senatorial District.
“Senator Mustapha’s choice reflects his commitment to progress and prosperity in the region, he said.

Nasir Abdulkadir, a native of Ilorin West Local Government, has held various prominent positions throughout his career.
He had served as a data collection consultant and health advocate in collaboration with the World Bank Project under the Federal Ministry Of Health, particularly within the framework of the “Saving One Million Lives Programme For Result.”
He also spearheaded advocacy and training programs aimed at combating drug abuse and promoting productive engagement of youths under the United Nations/UNODC Campaign Against Drug Abuse and Alternative Means of Livelihood, working closely with the NDLEA and serving as a member of the Kwara State drug abuse committee.
In 2009, Abdulkadir was engaged by the Kwara State Government as a consultant to train civil servants on effective service delivery and high-performance strategies.
Nasir Abdulquadri’s impressive career portfolio also includes roles as a Director and Senior Consultant in areas such as policy and re-orientation advocacy, business development, leadership, organisational efficiency, and effectiveness training for both private and public enterprises, corporate entities, and personal branding, among others.
