Senate Approves Appointment of Bello as New CCB Chairman
The Nigerian senate has approved the appointment of Abdullahi Bello as chairman of the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB).
Bello was confirmed as the CCB head after Neda Bernards, chairman of the senate committee on ethics and public petitions, presented a report.
Bernards said the committee did not receive any petition seeking to disqualify Bello from the position.
