Force HQs Mourn Death of Taraba Police Spokesperson
The Taraba State Police Command is in mourning following the passing of its Public Relations Officer, SP Abdulahi Usman, who died on Sunday morning after a prolonged illness.
The Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, confirmed his death in a heartfelt statement on Wednesday, describing Usman as more than just a police officer but a vital link between law enforcement and the public.
SP Usman served as the spokesperson of the Taraba Police Command for three years, during which he played a crucial role in fostering trust, transparency, and mutual respect between the police and the public. Known for his professionalism, warmth, and unwavering commitment to justice, he was regarded as a model officer whose impact extended beyond his official duties.
