Human Skull Linked to Murder of 4 Children Discovered in Enugu ‘Church
A shocking discovery has deepened the mystery surrounding the gruesome murder of four siblings in Enugu State, as police operatives uncovered a human skull and ritual items at a building site belonging to a self-styled prophet.
Acting on credible intelligence, a team of security operatives, led by the Divisional Police Officer of Igbo-Eze South Local Government Area, raided a site under construction in Abile Hill, Ibagwa-Aka. The site was identified as the future location of the “Synagogue” church owned by Prophet Chinedu Solomon Ezedike—allegedly linked to the brutal killing of the four children weeks ago.
Confirming the raid via a Facebook post, the Council Chairman of Igbo-Eze South LGA, Barr. Ferdinand Ukwueze, said the operation was part of an expanded investigation into the prophet’s activities after the government earlier demolished one of his properties believed to be the scene of the heinous crime.

“To our greatest dismay, a human skull and a ritual staff were recovered at the location, pointing to further evidence of ritual practices tied to the disturbing allegations against Prophet Ezedike,” Ukwueze revealed.
He noted that the materials were handed over to the police for forensic examination, adding that the government remains committed to exposing all criminal hideouts within the area.
“We will not allow evil to thrive in Igbo-Eze South. More of these hidden locations will be uncovered,” Ukwueze vowed. “This administration, under His Excellency Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, is determined to ensure Enugu is a land of law and order where legitimate aspirations can flourish.”
In a previous update, the Chairman had also confirmed the demolition of Ezedike’s former church building, asserting that it was a bold signal that criminality would not be tolerated in the state.
“The message is clear,” he said. “Criminals have no hiding place in Enugu State.”
Ukwueze further praised the collaborative efforts of the police, DSS, military, Neighbourhood Watch, and Forest Guards in supporting the security campaign. He urged residents to remain vigilant and united in the fight against evil, noting, “Society will keep deteriorating when good people stay silent in the face of crime.”
