Anambra Police Nab Wanted Kidnap Suspect in Kaduna
A joint police operation between the Anambra and Kaduna State Commands has led to the arrest of a fugitive suspected of involvement in a kidnapping case reported in Anambra State earlier this year.
The suspect, identified as John Chinagorom, was apprehended on August 1, 2025, in Zaria, Kaduna State, following credible intelligence received by operatives of the Ozubulu Police Division in Anambra.
According to a statement by the Police Public Relations Officer in Anambra, SP Tochukwu Ikenga, Chinagorom had been on the Command’s wanted list since April 15, 2025, in connection with a kidnapping case under active investigation.
