During a courtesy visit to the Kano State Head of Service, Dr. Neliaku commended the government for its significant investment in capacity building and professionalism within the public service. He noted that the state’s guiding principle—“Public service is a trust, don’t abuse it”—aligns with the foundation of public relations, which is built on trust and reputation.
