Pantami Foundation Donates ₦10m, 1,000 Cartons of Food to Gombe APC for Ramadan and Lent
The Professor Isa Pantami Foundation (PIP Foundation) has donated ₦10 million and 1,000 cartons of macaroni to the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Gombe State to support party members observing the ongoing Ramadan and Lenten fasting periods.
The donation comes barely two weeks after the foundation distributed over 12,500 bags of food items and ₦33.75 million to religious scholars and vulnerable groups across the state as part of its Ramadan humanitarian interventions.
A high-level delegation representing Professor Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami, former Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, presented the donation during a visit to the APC State Secretariat in Gombe on Thursday.
The delegation was led by Alhaji Ahmad Abubakar Walama, former Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs and a two-term Chairman of Dukku Local Government Area, alongside a team of respected elders, scholars and youth leaders.
The support package, which includes ₦10,000,000 and 1,000 cartons of macaroni, is intended to assist party members during the fasting seasons currently observed by both Muslim and Christian faithful.

Receiving the delegation at the Gombe State APC Headquarters, the State Party Chairman, Mohammed Dantata Ndus, who was represented by his Deputy Abdullahi Baba Abuja, expressed appreciation for the gesture. Also present were the State Party Secretary, Alhaji Sadiq M. Goro, and other members of the party’s State Executive Committee.
Speaking on behalf of the party, the APC Organising Secretary commended Professor Pantami for his consistent support to the party and communities across the state.
According to him, the foundation’s interventions have remained impactful over the years.
“No one has been supporting the party in this manner like Professor Pantami in the state. We are grateful for his generosity and urge him to continue this intervention for the benefit of party members and the wider community,” he said.
Professor Pantami has built a longstanding reputation for humanitarian support in Gombe State, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan, with the scale of his philanthropic activities expanding annually.
PRNigeria gathered that that another round of financial assistance is scheduled for distribution this weekend to residents of Pantami District, aimed at further supporting communities following the earlier distribution of food items in the area last week.
The foundation’s interventions are widely seen as part of ongoing efforts to cushion the effects of economic hardship and promote social solidarity during religious observances in the state.
