The Zonal Coordinator of NEMA in the North-East Nigeria, Muhammed Kanar made the disclosure today at the monthly Humanitarian Stakeholders’ Coordination Meeting in Maiduguri Borno State.

Kanar also stated that efforts would be made towards the provision of 100 units of toilets for Internally Displaced People residing in the satellite camp in Bama Local Council of Borno State.

He said: “The meeting was briefed by the shelter subsector on rebuilding of over 300 temporary shelters in various camps destroyed by windstorm. The meeting also discussed the efforts to provide 100 units of toilets for IDPs residing in the satellite camp in Bama LGA.”
