IGP Abba Enjoins Nigerians To Promote Peace And Unity

The Inspector-General of Police IGP Suleiman Abba CFR, NPM, NPOM, mni yesterday 10th December 2014 paid glowing tributes to the founding fathers of Nigeria and called on all Nigerians to sustain the unity of the country.

 

IGP Abba also enjoined the electorate to shun class, religion and ethnic divide and work for the peace and progress of the nation.

 

He made the remarks when he and the Police Management Team were decorated by the Nigerian Centenary Lapel Pin Project at the Force Headquarters, Abuja.

 

Chuks Chilaka, National Coordinator of the Nigerian Centenary Lapel Pin Project hailed IGP Abba for his sterling leadership qualities and expressed satisfaction with the efforts made by the Police High Command to reposition the Force for enhanced service delivery.

 

He also called on all Nigerians to support the Nigeria Police Force as it works with INEC and other stakeholders to organize a hitch-free 2015 General Elections.
