Thousands of people including hundreds of dignitaries witnessed the burial of late Alhaji Yusuf Maitama Sule in Kano State
The funeral prayer for the former Nigeria Permanent Representative to United Nations and Minister of Petroleum was conducted at the Emir’s palace, led by Chief Imam of Kano, Profesor Sani Zahradeen.
Senate President Bukola Saraki, Governors, Ministers and Chief of Staff to President Buhari, Abba Kyari were also in attendance.
The body was buried at Abbature graveyard in Kano.
