FG Re-Assures Commitment To Improved Workers’ Welfare

The Head of the Civil Service of the Federation Mrs. Winifred Oyo-Ita, has re-assured of the commitment of the Federal Government to ameliorate the sufferings of Federal Public Servants in the country.
The Head of Service gave the assurance during a special Jumuah prayer held at the National Mosque, Abuja as part of the activities marking the 2017 Federal Public Service Week celebrations.
Represented by the Permanent Secretary Special Services Office in the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Mr. Aminu Nabegu, the Head of Service said that Civil Service is the engine room of any nation and without an effective, productive, incorruptible, citizen-centred and disciplined civil service, no nation can move forward.
She thanked God for His grace that has kept Nigeria as one nation, saying without the grace of God, there would be no nation like Nigeria.
