NIS Loses DCG Jaja
The Nigeria immigration service (NIS) has announced the death of its deputy comptroller general of immigration DCG Raymond Tonye Akra Jaja in charge of the Directorate of Border management at the service headquarters in Abuja.
DCG Raymond Jaja died on the ninth of this month after a brief illness.
In a statement issued by the service public relations officer DCI Sunday James said the late DCG Raymond Jaja hailed from Opobo town in Rivers state. He is fifty eight year’s old.
The comptroller general of the Nigeria immigration service Muhammed Babadede said late DCG Jaja would be remembered for his high sense of discipline and uncommon loyalty to constituted authorities. He was a jolly good fellow and a gentleman.
Burial Arrangements will be announced in a later date.
He was survived by his wife, Mrs. Ngozi Diane Jaja and five children.
