    Bauchi to Host NIPR National Conference in April 2020

    The Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Conference in Bauchi between April 15-18, 2020.

    In an invitation letter signed by the Deputy President and Chairman of Organising Committee Compt Wale Adeniyi said the aim of the conference is to re-establish the institute as an astute stakeholder in proffering solutions to pressing national issues and relevant global trends in PR practices.

    He said the conference and AGM which is aimed at improving capacity building for members to bridge industry-knowledge gap and thrive in competitive environment, is set for April 16 while election and inauguration of new council members would take place on April 17, 2010.

    He added that the Conference and AGM present a unique networking opportunity among members, stakeholders and government with prospects for top brands to showcase and exhibit their products and services.

    The events will be held at Command Guest Inn, Bauchi State.

    Over the years, the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations has organized its flagship programme – the Annual Conference / AGM, which is an amalgam of public relations practitioners from the private and public sectors, military/para-military, media, conglomerates, aviation, maritime, banking, insurance, oil and gas and other stakeholders who come together to discuss issues Germaine to moving public relations practice forward.
