NYSC Members Lead Distribution of COVID-19 Palliative Stimulus Package in Lagos State
The COVID-19 outbreak has become a pandemic attracting global and local attention as it poses an existential threat to the society. The development necessitated Governments’ attention focused on containing and controlling further spread of the virus.
In a bid to ease the distribution mechanism of the stimulus packages to its grassroot citizens, the Lagos State Government in collaboration with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Lagos quickly swung into action in mobilizing its Corps Members to participate in the distribution of the items across the Local Government Areas of the State.
The State Coordinator, NYSC Lagos – Mr. Eddy Megwa was at the forefront at the launching of the exercise at the Agege Local Government Area.
