Nigerian Troops Eliminate ISWAP Fighters in Maiduguri
Nigerian troops have eliminated over 20 ISWAP Fighters in an outskirt of Maiduguri, the capital of Borno State.
A security source told PRNigeria that the operation was executed on Saturday evening when the terrorists attempted to attack a housing estate in the state.

The source said “Yesterday evening over 20 insurgents were killed by Troops with support of air assets as BokoHaram attempted to infiltrate 777 housing estate, outskirts of Maiduguri metropolis, Borno.
“The incident came hours after troops at Banki Junction, Kumshe area repelled an ambush by another group of terrorists.”
